2009 RATES

  Low Season:

October 19, 2008 - May 27, 2009

October 19, 2009 - December 31, 2009

Daily and weekly rentals - Minimum 2 or 3-night stay

 

High Season

May 28, 2009 - October 18, 2009

Weekly rentals only July & August - Saturday to Saturday

 

 PLUS these items charged separately:    

* One-time Cleaning Fee of $100 regardless of length of rental

 * Wisconsin state tax of 5.5%

* Door County Lodging tax of 5.5%

* Refundable Security Deposit -   $500 for weekly rentals                                  

  $250 for daily rentals

  (Deposit refunded within 10 days of departure assuming all is in order when  you leave.)

 

You must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent this property.

Maximum Occupancy – 10 people

This is a Non-Smoking establishment.

NO PETS ALLOWED - No matter how cute or well-behaved.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Written notice is required for all cancellations. 

Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a $50 service fee.  The balance of any deposit, rental, cleaning and tax monies paid will be refunded immediately.  Cancellations received LESS than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of rental fee.  If Owner can re-rent the property for the same period, a $50 service fee will be charged and the balance of any deposit, rental, cleaning and tax monies paid will be refunded.  If the Owner is unable to re-rent the property for the same period, the rental fee and corresponding sales tax is non-refundable, however your security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full. 

A Rental Agreement outlining TERMS AND CONDITIONS must be signed and returned with rental monies 30 days prior to arrival.
